Kaltostat dressings are soft, white, non-woven dressings consisting of calcium alginate fibre. When applied to wounds, Kaltostat dressings convert exudates to a gel-like, fibrous mat creating a micro-environment that is believed to facilitate wound healing. Kaltostat dressings are available in packs of ten in two sizes: 50mm x 50mm and 75mm x 120mm.
